Delete your ArcheProp account

You can delete your ArcheProp account and all associated data at any time. There are two paths, depending on whether you still have access to the app.

Option 1 — From the app (immediate)

1. Open ArcheProp and sign in.
2. Go to Settings (the settings icon in the top corner of the home screen).
3. Scroll to the Danger zone section and tap Delete my account.
4. Confirm. Deletion is immediate, permanent and irreversible.

Option 2 — By email (if you can't access the app)

Email support@archeprop.com from your account's email address, with the subject "Delete my account". We use the sender address to verify you are the account holder; we never ask for your password or any other sensitive data by email. We process the request within 30 days and confirm when it is done.

What gets deleted

Everything, permanently: your profile and sign-in credential, your trading accounts, your risk plans, the systems you built and their versions, all your trades and process notes, your routine logs, your profile-test answers, your achievements, your ratings and comments, and any systems you published to the community.

What is kept, and for how long

Terms-acceptance and consent records may be retained for a limited period as a legal obligation (being able to prove what was accepted and when), decoupled from the rest of your activity. Technical server records (for example IP addresses in access logs) are retained for the standard operational period and then deleted.

Export your data first

If you want a copy before deleting your account, the app offers Settings → Export my data, which produces a JSON file with all your information.
